Guoyou No.13 (C. oleifera’, a new variety authorized by the State Forestry and Grassland Administration of China in 2018, with the variety right number: 20180107. It was bred by Chen Yongzhong, Wang Xiangnan, Wang Rui and others from Hunan Academy of Forestry. Leaf 3.6-5.8cm long, and 1.8-2.8cm wide. Flower white, diameter 6-9cm, petals 5-7, inverted heart-shaped, style 2-4 lobed. Capsuleoval, red or yellow-red, with obvious edges. The diameter of the fruit is 4.2cm, the height of the fruit is 4.8cm, and the weight of a single fruit is 40g, and the maximum weight can reach 57g. Each fruit has 2-7 seeds and 270 seeds/kg. The fresh seed rate of fresh fruit is 52.6%, and the oil content of dry seed is 34%. The flowering period is from November to January of the following year, and the fruit ripening period is in late October.

国油13是2018年国家林草局授权的新品种，【品种权号】20180107，【培育人】陈永忠、王湘南、彭邵锋、陈隆升、王瑞、马力、许彦明、唐炜，【品种权人】湖南省林业科学院。【品种特性】‘国油13’树形紧凑，圆头形，生长旺盛；叶绿色，革质，椭圆形，背面较光滑，叶长3.6-5.8cm，叶宽1.8-2.8cm；花白色，花径6-9cm，花瓣5-7枚，倒心形，花柱2-4浅裂；蒴果卵圆形，红或黄红色，棱明显，果径4.2cm，果高4.8cm，单果重40g，最重可达57g，每果种子2-7粒，种子270粒/kg，鲜果出鲜籽率52.6%，干籽含油率34%；花期11月至翌年1月，果熟期10月下旬；果大籽大，果皮薄色泽鲜艳，特异特征明显，遗传性状稳定，具新品种的特异性、一致性和稳定性。’国油13’适宜种植于湖南省各油茶产区，南方油茶各中心产区，pH为4.0-6.0、土层深厚、土壤厚度为60-100cm或以上的微酸性红黄壤的山地丘陵等旱地。
