Nippon Tsubaki - Sasanqua Meikan, 1998, p.92 with colour photo; English translation p.62. Small, pink bordered white with white blotches, formal double. Flowers mid-season to late. Leaves elliptic, small, somewhat channelled in the midrib. Upright growth. An old tree survives at a temple in the castle ruin in Kankawa Town. Named and released by Tetsurō Imayuki in 1997. From Kagawa Prefecture.
