American Camellia Yearbook, 1954, p.320, Reg. No.124: A 12 year old seedling of unknown parentage, that first flowered 1945. Originated by W.W. Osborne, Savannah, Georgia, USA. Plant growth is open and slow with dark green, elliptic leaves. Flower buds round, and light green. Flowers incomplete double, resembling Elizabeth Boardman in form. Colour watermelon pink, later becoming darker like Woodville Red. Size 11-13 cm across. Blooms early to late. Fragrant. Sport: Linda Roberts Variegated.
