American Camellia Yearbook, 1974, p.173, Reg. No.1265: A sport of Richard Nixon that first bloomed 1965. Plant growth is upright and average with light green leaves. Originated by Kramer Bros. Nursery, Upland, California, USA. The large, anemone form bloom is blush pink, veined deeper pink, 10 cm across. Blooms early to late.
