ACS Registration #2987. The Camellia Journal,71(3):28 with name and color photo. American Camellia Yearbook, 2016, p. 125 with color photo and description. This 20-year-old C. reticulata chance seedling first bloomed in 2000. It was originated by E. Hulyn Smith of Valdosta, Georgia, USA and registered and propagated by Randolph Maphis of Tallahassee, Florida, USA. Bloom: The large sized 14cm x 7.6cm semi-double to loose peony form flower is pink. It has yellow anthers and white filaments. This profuse bloomer falls in one piece and is long lasting. The bloom is very tall. Plant: The plant habit is upright and spreading. The growth rate is aver-age. The plant is suitable for exhibition use. Leaf: The light green leaves have medium serration and average 13.3cm x 7.6cm. Bloom season: Midseason to late.
