Jill's Jewel     (C.hybrid)       ACS Registration #3105. Registered in 2019. This 25-year-old C. hybrid chance seedling first bloomedin 1998. It was originated, registered and propagated by Jill and Glenn Read ofLucedale, Mississippi.  BLOOM: The miniature sized 5.1-6.4 cm x 2.5 cmsemi-double form flower is white. It has yellow anthers and white filaments.This profuse bloomer is long lasting with consistent form, falls in one pieceand is fragrant. The very cold tolerant light pink buds open to white. PLANT: The plant habit is spreading and dense. Thegrowth rate is slow. The plant is suitable for landscaping use. This is a truedwarf camellia hybrid with a very low spreading and slow growth habit. LEAF: The Medium green leaves average 5.1 cm x 2.5cm with low serration. BLOOM SEASON:Midseason to late.
