Once you are logged in to the DICR, click on your avatar and select '☁Upload' from the drop-down menu to go to the Album page, which will display all your uploaded photos, as shown in Figure 1.

On the far left of the page is the Album bar, which is the album folder bar, on the far right is the photo information marker bar, and in the middle is all the photos uploaded.
In the Album bar, click on any folder to see all the photos in that folder.
In the middle photo interface, click the '∧ Batch Tools' button in the upper right corner to manage photos in batches, see 🔗Batch edit many photos copyright, location and identify etc. (iflora.cn)
On the far right of the page is Editing 1 photo, where you can complete your photo information, see 🔗How to manage your photos? (iflora.cn)
At the same time, you can see that three buttons '⚙', '👁', '×' appear on the photo(Fig. 1-1), which represent online editing of photos, editing photo information, and deleting, see 🔗How to manage your photos? (iflora.cn)

There are two links below the photo, 'Photo Name 🗁', click on the photo name to view the photo details, click 🗁 to open the folder of the photo, and all the photos in the folder will be displayed.
On the photo details page, as shown in Figure 2, there is a tag link below the photo, and when clicked, you can see all the photos with the same tag in DICR.

In the Photo details page on the right, at the top is a quick window for variety photo search.When you enter, the database will provide the relevant symbol name, click 🔍 find all photos of the symbol in the database, as shown in Figure 9.
There are also many function keys below the search box: '←Back ' button to return to the previous page, '🗪' find problem button, ︎'👁' views, shares, '🤍'likes, '⭐️'favorites, • variety name, as shown in Figure 2-1.

'🗪' Find problem button
Clicking this button will take you to the anonymous email page and automatically check Mistakes in the topic, as shown in Figure 2-2.
You can send us an email with objections to the website or photos, and your name and email number will be anonymized to ensure that you can speak freely; At the same time, there will be our contact details and address details on the page.

︎'👁' views
This indicator shows the number of views of the photo, which is collected in the database and used to sort the photos, as shown in Figure 9.
Shares
Click this button to share the photo to the social platforms as shown in Figure 2-3.

'🤍'Likes and '⭐️'Favorites
If you like the photo, you can click Like or Favorite, and this data will be collected in the database to sort the photo, as shown in Figure 9.
• Variety name
Clicking on this link will take you to the detailed symbol page, as shown in Figure 5.
At present, the DICR, which allows all browsing users to download and find photos, is generally used to find and view photos using the Variety and Image options to enter the DICR.
When you visit DICR's web page, the main menu bar appears as shown in Figure 3. This menu bar will be top to all pages in the database, and you can click the buttons in the main menu bar to enter the corresponding page as you wish.

（1）Use the Cultivars function to view and find photos.
When you want to find a camellia variety, click on the Cultivars option in the main menu bar to go to the search variety page in the database, as shown in Figure 3.
When you enter the variety name, the database will provide a hint for the variety name, then please click 🔍 start search. You can choose to search for symbols from Name or from Full-paper, as shown in Figure 4.
If you need to enter a special symbol, click ' i Symbols •' next to the search box and a 'Special Symbol' window will pop up, allowing you to select the symbol you need to fill in, as shown in Figure 4-1.

The cultivars name will be searched in the database and totally found results will be displayed. Click View in the list in Figure 4 to see the cultivars introduction page, as shown in Figure 5.
The database will provide tips of similar cultivar names, so you can find the correct cultivar; advanced retrieval is also supported, as shown in Figure 4-2.
In the advanced search you do not need to fill in all, just select the items you need to filter to fill in, among which the selection database about flower shape, color, flower model will help, click the ‘ i Need more help?’ at the back of the option will automatically jump to the link:

These three links will help you fill in the flower form, flower color, and flower size.
After filling out, click Search to start advanced search, and you can click View to enter the cultivars introduction page.

Go to the page for cultivars introduction , as shown in Figure 5.
The title is the cultivar name, and there is a row of icons below the title, as shown in Figure 5-1. The icons include ‘🗪’ the Found an error button, '📥'Download QR code button, '🖨' Print button, and '📤Photos' upload photo button.
There is also a search box to the right of the title, which is a shortcut window for Cultivars, you do not need to return to the cultivars interface, you can continue to search for the symbol name in this window.

The '📥' button can download the QR code for the introduction of camellia varieties with one click, this QR code is free, please let us know if you used it by sending e-mail to icr@mail.kib.ac.cn.

Under the share button is the basic information of the cultivar, including Id, Country, Year Published/Registered, Cultivar Type, AGM Type, Scientific Name, Species/Combination, Chinese Name, Japanese Name, Meaning, as shown in Figure 5-2.

In Figure 5-2 we can see two links, the country and the year of publication registration.
Clicking on the country link will enter the statistics of DICR about this country, and automatically search for all camellia cultivars registered in this country, click View to see the detailed description of the cultivar, as shown in Figure 5-3.
Clicking on the published\registered year link will enter the statistics of DICR about year, and automatically filter out all camellia cultivars registered in this country in that year, as shown in Figure 5-4.

In the Description, there is a detailed tell of the variety, with a column of flower information, as shown in Figure 6.

The last content of the cultivars introduction page is Photos, as shown in Figure 7, and there are also two links below the photos: ©︎Photo Name 🗁

The ‘©︎’ sign appears in front of the photo name indicates that this photo has the copyright owner.
Click on the photo to view it in full screen; click the photo name to view the photo details (Figure 7-1); Click '🗁 ' to open the uploader's album, and you can see all the photos opened by the uploader, the uploader's account information, and the email address (Figure 7-2).

（2）Use the Photos function to view and find photos.
Click the Photos button in the main menu bar to enter the photo search page in DICR as shown in Figure 8.
The photo search page is divided into three columns: the Name search bar, the Filte bar, and the photo display bar.
You can enter the cultivar name in the the Name search bar, the database will provide a hint about the symbol cultivar name, and then you can click 🔍︎ to start searching.
The Filter section can filter from Direction, Copyright, Identify, Keywords, Upload Year, which helps users to find camellia photos more accurately.
Click the Reset button at the end to reset it with one click.

Direction
There are two options in the orientation menu, as shown in Figure 8-1, landscape photo and portrait photo.

Copyright
There are two options in the copyright menu, Unclaimed and Claimed, as shown in Figure 8-2, which filter photos with copyright information.

Identify
There are three options in the identify menu Unidentified, Identified and Unrelated, as shown in Figure 8-3.
Unidentify said it didn't have a photo of the camellia with the variety's name filled in.
Identify said it had filled in the variety name and associated it with the database for camellia photos.
Unrelated indicates that the variety name does not have a photo of camellia associated with the database.

Keywords
There are 17 options in the keyword menu, as shown in Figure 8-4, which are the same as the keywords in Editing 1 photo, and you can filter the photos according to your choice of keywords.

Upload Year
In the upload year, you can fill in the year to filter out camellie photos in this time interval, as shown in Figure 8-5.

After selecting the items to be filtered, click 🔍 in the Name search column to start searching camellia photos in DICR.
when you need to search again,click the Reset button to reset it with one click.
Finally, in the upper left corner of the photo display bar there is the word 'Totally 6194 Photo Found.', the number will change according to your search, it represents the total number of relevant photos in DICR.
At the same time, there is a drop-down menu for photo sorting on the right, as shown in Figure 9, you can sort the photos searched from the database as needed.

Similarly, click on the photo name to view the photo details, click to 🗁 open the uploader's album, in the personal album you can see all the uploader's public photos and the uploader's account level, as shown in Figure 10.
Click the All album button, you can see not only all the folders of the uploader that are publicly available, but also the uploader's email address, as shown in Figure 11.
